Tim raises chemical-free vegetables and herbs. He attends the Midland Farmer Market on Saturday's starting in May. Some of the vegetables are tomatoes, dry beans (purple hull and cranberry plus they are available fresh, edamontie (edible soys beets, pumpkins, squashes, and many more plus a variety of herbs. This year he will also have potted rhubarb and horseradish available along with some herbs and flowers. He has also planted another 1/4 acre of strawberries, which will be available this spring..
